New Roof or Bad Roof???

Shingles defective from the packages

From the street, this view of the roof was hidden. The rest of the slopes were nice, fresh, new shingles.

Problem? These actually are “new” shingles, too (meaning they had never been installed before). But these “new” shingles are manufacturer’s defects that were sitting in someone’s warehouse or storage room until the roofer actually used them. The Seller was “right”. But, when spilled the beans, our Buyer Client got a NEW, new roof.

We inspect a lot of “Flipped” houses for clients. We spend extra time inspecting these, because remodeling covers up a lot of stuff. Maybe the Seller knows. Maybe he doesn’t. BUT, our clients will know as much as we can tell them when we’re finished inspecting. Call and Schedule NOW! Let us protect you!
