Texas Home Inspection Instruction & Inspector Continuing Education
In addition to quality inspections for Buyers and Sellers of real estate property, one of our House Exam Inspectors is certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission to provide ride-along home inspection instruction and training for Texas Home Inspector Candidates. Victor Sedinger (TREC Professional Inspector #7195) holds the certification to provide these educational services to Texas Home Inspector Candidates, and to licensed Real Estate and Professional Inspectors needing inspector Continuing Education credits.
As an Inspector Qualifying Instructor (TREC, IQI #11), Victor can provide up to 40 hours of field training for home inspector candidates, in order for those students to complete their credit requirements for license application. Ideally, those hours would be after the successful completion of the other course requirements provided by a licensed education provider.
This field training provides a practical closure to the basic information covered in a typically online home inspection instruction course. Students often say that the field training finally puts all the online information in perspective.
Licensed Real Estate and Professional Inspectors can also contact Victor to schedule up to eight hours of Continuing Education credit, per two-year license renewal period. Training will include inspection of a one-family property, writing a full Property Condition Report (REI 7-5), discussion of TREC rules and regulations, including our Standards of Practice.
House Exam is located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. Call us to schedule your ride-along home inspection training at 817-797-2461.
